1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. In case of delay, the service must be shortened, out of respect for other clients with later appointments.
2. If you want to change the appointment, please contact us by call or WhatsApp to reschedule. After rescheduling twice, a 50% advance payment will be requested to confirm your new appointment.
3. If you want to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, making your refund in the form of a gift certificate for the same amount already paid. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be no refund.
4. For appointments made online, please wait for your confirmation email before attending your appointment.
